the annual extravagant celebration, the eid, right here in Melb....
Facts of the day
1.Started praying the solat sunat at 8.45am (ppl indeed started coming at 7am,so what time did they wake up then tho)
2.Estimated crowds - (cross your fingers and roughly tell it)..ermm....450...any guess?
3.Foods Served - capable enough to feed those crowds above(but i missed kambing lorr...)
4.No of Your Friends vs Newfaces - 50-50...reason: gosh gotta know lots of newfaces today...well this is hari raya le...
5.Konvoi Hari Raya *Around the Melbourne, eat as much as you can* - the kampung vic team had organized a 'majlis konvoi raya' n i'm the one of the non-member to join.Managed to visit 8 families around Melb..pick a redtape and note your border from Weribee to Gowrie , going upside down....
6.At last...i'm here...in front of my pc...at 12am....still with my nice-remarkable-pyjamas....[by now everyone should know the pyjamas=baju melayu!....thanks to org putih yg bijak menilai....
